Your website has shipping at one amount, why was I charged another?
Our shipping prices with Australia Post are based on their bulk bags (up to 3kg and up to 5kg) and multiples of these.
Occasionally when orders exceed these amounts, we can pack them in a box and save our customers money on shipping.
In these instances, the difference with be refunded back into your accounts. This will usually happen at the end of the week.
If you find that there’s a difference with your shipping prices and you haven’t received a refund by the following Monday, please let us know and we’ll resolve the issue for you.
Why is there a difference between the price of an item in store compared with online?
In situations like these, where the 1kg price differs from shopfront to online, it is usually because an item price hasn’t been updated yet.
As there are thousands of items available, it can happen that an item gets forgotten or overlooked. If you notice that this has happened, please let us know so we can fix the problem and avoid confusion.
The 2kg+ bulk prices are available for online only. While we may give discount to bulk purchases in store, they may not correlate to the prices shown online.
How much does shipping cost?
We are currently using Australia Post for our deliveries and as such, our shipping rates mimic theirs.
Your shipping will automatically be calculated for you at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be sent to our Courier or Australia Post Monday to Friday. No orders will be shipped over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
Do I get a discount when buying 2kg+ of a product?
Yes, you will receive up to a $1.00/kg discount off any displayed price per kilogram if you purchase 2kg’s or more of that particular product. For example, if the display price is $10.00/kg, if you purchase 2kg+ of that product – you will receive the product at $9.50/kg if the discount was 50c/kg for that item. The discount will be shown on the check out page and the total price of the product will reflect the discounted per kilogram price.
Please note that these are online only special prices and are not available as a standard price in store.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay for your order by PayPal or by Credit Card.
How do I use a discount voucher / coupon?
Because we love a good deal, from time to time we may offer promotions through our E-Letter, website, Facebook and Twitter that requires you to enter a discount code when ordering.
To take advantage of these offers, simply enter the code in the “Apply a coupon” when you are on the Checkout page of your order.
The code requires to be entered exactly as advertised with capital letters, lowercase letters, spaces and any other special characters.
The system is completely automated and if you have correctly entered a valid code you will see the offer added to your order in the final stages of checkout.
Please note that if a coupon is not added during the checkout process, we will be unable to add this to your order later.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We try to fill orders as quickly as we can! Once payment is received/cleared we post your item the following day (Monday to Friday). Depending on whereabouts you live, you should receive within 2-5 working days. Our parcels are either sent via Australia Post, or Courier. Both will have tracking numbers which we will send to you upon payment clearing. You can then check the tracking sites provided for approximate delivery dates. If your order has taken more than 5 days and you are having any other concerns please contact us and we will assist in locating your item for you.

What happens if I am not home to receive delivery of my order?
There is no need to worry if you are not at home to receive a delivery. All of our items are sent via a registered service provided by Australia Post called e-parcel or a Courier service.
If you are not at home, a card will be left by Australia Post / Courier with instructions on how to collect your goodies. This card / notification generally means that your parcel is waiting for you at a local post office.
You may need to present this card to the post office upon pick up with photo identification.
Please try & arrange pick up as soon as possible as some post offices will only keep your parcel for a short period of time before they return it back to us. We don’t want you missing out on your catch!
What is your returns / refund policy?
